Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 22, 2026 Last Updated: March 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SeoulVision2030.com (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including all content, features, data, reports, newsletters, premium intelligence products, and services offered through the website. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and refrain from accessing any portion of the site, its data products, or its communications.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the User,” “you,” or “your”) and SeoulVision2030.com. They apply equally to casual visitors browsing public pages, registered newsletter subscribers, purchasers of individual intelligence reports, and premium-tier Exclusive Intelligence subscribers. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.
The Platform publishes data-driven analysis of Seoul’s smart city transformation and South Korea’s broader economic, cultural, infrastructure, investment, and sustainability landscape. The analytical depth spans from the S-DoT sensor network and digital twin architecture to the chaebol corporate ecosystem, from the Hallyu cultural export phenomenon to the carbon neutrality roadmap. These Terms govern every interaction you have with that content, regardless of the device, location, or medium through which you access it.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, free subscribers, premium subscribers, report purchasers, newsletter recipients, guest contributors, API consumers, institutional licensees, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. The scope of this agreement covers all content delivery channels operated by the Platform, including the website itself, email newsletters, downloadable PDF reports, the subscriber portal, data feeds, and any future channels through which Platform content is distributed.
Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes — including modifications to pricing, intellectual property provisions, data use restrictions, or liability limitations — we will provide advance notice of at least 30 days through one or more of the following channels: email notification to registered users, a prominent banner on the Platform homepage, or notification in the weekly newsletter. We maintain an archive of previous Terms versions, which are available upon written request to info@seoulvision2030.com.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform and that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 and will terminate access upon discovery of such use.
Capacity to Contract: By accepting these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, government agency, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case “you” refers to that entity.
2. Description of Service
SeoulVision2030.com is an independent intelligence and analytics platform providing data-driven analysis of Seoul’s smart city transformation and South Korea’s economic, cultural, infrastructure, investment, and sustainability landscape. The Platform publishes analytical articles, data compilations, glossary entries, encyclopedia articles, FAQ responses, intelligence reports, newsletters, comparative analyses, and other analytical content derived from publicly available data sources, government publications, academic research, corporate disclosures, and proprietary editorial analysis.
The Platform tracks six core verticals: Smart City and Technology, covering the S-DoT sensor network, S-Map digital twin, TOPIS traffic management, and 6G development; Economy and Business, spanning the $779.3 billion GDP economy and chaebol structure; Culture and Tourism, analyzing the Hallyu phenomenon and its $198 billion 2030 projection; Infrastructure and Transport, covering the 624-station metro system and KTX network; Investment and Finance, tracking $36.05 billion FDI commitment pipelines; and Sustainability and Climate, monitoring the 2050 carbon neutrality roadmap and K-New Deal Green initiatives.
Service Tiers:
The Platform is offered on a combination of free and premium tiers:
- Free Access — The majority of Platform content, including all vertical pages, glossary entries, encyclopedia articles, FAQ responses, and standard analytical content, is accessible without registration or payment. Free access includes the full archive of published articles, data tables embedded within articles, comparative analyses, and all publicly listed reference materials
- Newsletter — The weekly intelligence newsletter is available at no cost upon email registration. The newsletter delivers curated weekly briefings, vertical deep dives, updated data tables, and glossary additions every Monday morning
- Reports — Intelligence reports may be available for free download or for purchase depending on the specific report. Reports are delivered as structured PDF documents containing executive summaries, detailed analysis, data tables, source attribution, and actionable takeaways
- Exclusive Intelligence — The premium intelligence tier provides enhanced analytical depth, custom research commissioning, structured data access, quarterly deep-dive reports, priority response to inquiries, and chaebol-level corporate intelligence for a subscription fee as described at the time of purchase
No Guarantee of Availability: We strive to maintain continuous Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, server capacity constraints, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance periods through the subscriber portal and newsletter. Scheduled maintenance windows are typically conducted during off-peak hours (Sunday 02:00–06:00 KST) to minimize disruption.

Underlying Data: Data and statistics referenced on this Platform are sourced from publicly available government publications, academic research, corporate filings, and other third-party sources as documented in our methodology. Our intellectual property rights apply to the original analysis, compilation, editorial selection, presentation format, analytical frameworks, and commentary — not to the underlying public-domain facts themselves. You remain free to access the same public data sources independently and compile your own original analysis. The distinction between protected expression and unprotected facts is governed by applicable copyright law, including the standard established in Feist Publications, Inc. v. Rural Telephone Service Co. (1991) and its international equivalents.
Trademarks: “SeoulVision2030.com,” “Seoul Vision 2030,” “Exclusive Intelligence,” the SeoulVision2030 logo, and the Platform’s distinctive visual identity, color scheme, and trade dress are trademarks of SeoulVision2030.com. You may not use these marks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or association without written permission. This prohibition extends to meta tags, keyword advertising, domain name registrations, and social media account names that incorporate our marks.
User Submissions: If you submit content to the Platform — including but not limited to correction reports, guest analysis, comments, data contributions, survey responses, or correspondence intended for publication — you grant SeoulVision2030.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, publish, modify, adapt, translate, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform’s operations across all current and future media formats. You represent that you have the right to grant this license, that the submitted content is original or properly licensed, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights. You retain ownership of your submissions subject to the license granted herein.
DMCA and Copyright Complaints: If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement to info@seoulvision2030.com in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 512). Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient information to locate it, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
4. User Accounts and Registration
Certain Platform features — including premium intelligence access, report downloads, newsletter subscriptions, and subscriber portal access — may require account creation or email registration.
Account Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized that activity
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes
- You must select a strong password and must not reuse passwords from other services. We recommend using a password manager and enabling two-factor authentication where available
- You must not share account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to access the Platform through a single account unless you hold an enterprise or institutional license (contact info@seoulvision2030.com for multi-seat licensing)
- You must notify us immediately at info@seoulvision2030.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, any security breach, or any loss or theft of your credentials
- Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, free trial restrictions, or subscription requirements is prohibited
Account Suspension and Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation, that:
- Violate these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or identity misrepresentation
- Attempt to circumvent access controls, paywalls, rate limits, or subscription restrictions through technical or social means
- Share premium content with non-subscribers in violation of licensing terms, including forwarding newsletter editions, sharing report PDFs, or providing portal access credentials
- Use automated tools to access, download, or scrape account-restricted content
- Engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward Platform staff or other users
- Remain inactive for more than 18 consecutive months (with 30 days advance notice before termination and opportunity to reactivate)
Upon termination, your right to access premium content ceases immediately. We may retain your account data as required by law or legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or where you failed to notify us of a known security breach in a timely manner.
5. Premium Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Terms: Premium services, including Exclusive Intelligence access, are offered on subscription terms (monthly or annual) as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are stated in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. The specific features, deliverables, and service levels included in each tier are described on the Exclusive Intelligence page and in the subscription confirmation documentation.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. Payment processing is subject to the payment processor’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all fees due under your subscription. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. Continued payment failure may result in service suspension.
Free Trials: We may offer free trial periods for premium services at our discretion. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the conversion date. The specific terms, duration, and conversion pricing of any free trial will be disclosed at the time of enrollment.
Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium content through the end of the period for which you have paid. No partial-period refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations. To cancel, contact info@seoulvision2030.com or use the account management portal. Cancellation confirmation will be sent via email within 2 business days.
Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund if cancelled within the first 30 days, at our discretion and subject to deduction of the value of any premium content accessed during the subscription period. Report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been delivered or the download link has been accessed. Custom research commissions are non-refundable once work has commenced, though we will work with you to ensure satisfaction with the deliverable.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 60 days advance notice. Price changes apply to the next renewal period following the notice, not to the current billing period. Existing annual subscribers are protected from price increases for the duration of their current annual term. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You specifically agree not to:
- Use the Platform to transmit or distribute malware, viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code or software

- Use automated tools (including bots, spiders, scrapers, browser extensions, or headless browsers) to download, harvest, or extract content beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt directives and the fair use provisions in Section 3
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, in connection with the Platform, including creating accounts under false identities
- Use content from this Platform to create competing products or services — including data aggregation platforms, intelligence services, newsletter products, or analytical products covering substantially similar topics and markets — without written authorization
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute premium content, intelligence reports, newsletter archives, subscriber portal access, or data feeds to non-subscribers or unauthorized parties
- Use the Platform to transmit unsolicited commercial communications, spam, chain letters, or promotional material

- Use the Platform from jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by applicable sanctions laws or export control regulations
- Access or attempt to access the Platform through any means other than the interfaces provided by SeoulVision2030.com, except as specifically authorized in writing
Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate account termination without refund, permanent blocking of your IP address or IP range, removal of your data from the Platform, and legal action including claims for damages and injunctive relief where appropriate. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations.
7. Third-Party Content, Links, and Services
The Platform contains links to third-party websites, services, databases, and resources. These links are provided for reference, source attribution, and reader convenience. They do not constitute our endorsement, approval, recommendation, or assumption of responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, security, or availability of any third-party website or service.
Government and Institutional Sources: Links to Korean government portals (including seoul.go.kr, KOSIS, KOSTAT, TOPIS, MOLIT), international organizations (UN, OECD, IMF, WIPO, UNESCO, IEA, C40 Cities), and corporate investor relations pages are provided for source verification purposes consistent with our methodology. These organizations are independent entities with their own terms of use, privacy practices, and data accuracy standards. Changes to third-party source data do not automatically propagate to Platform content; we update our analysis on a periodic basis as described in our methodology.
Advertising: The Platform displays advertisements through Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. The presence of advertisements does not constitute our endorsement of the advertised products, services, or companies. All advertising is clearly distinguishable from editorial content through visual separation and labeling. Your interactions with advertisers — including purchasing products or services, clicking through to advertiser sites, or providing personal information to advertisers — are exclusively between you and the advertiser, and we bear no responsibility for the content of advertisements or for your transactions with advertisers. See our Cookie Policy for details on advertising cookies and your choices regarding targeted advertising.
Embedded Content: The Platform may embed content from third-party services including video platforms, mapping services, and data visualization tools. Embedded content is subject to the originating service’s terms and privacy practices. Loading embedded content may result in the third-party service collecting data about your visit as described in our Cookie Policy.
Social Media: Links to social media platforms and sharing functionality are provided for user convenience. Your use of social media platforms is governed by those platforms’ terms of service and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for content posted about the Platform by third parties on social media.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, DATA, ANALYSIS, REPORTS, NEWSLETTERS, PREMIUM PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, RELIABILITY, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
While we make rigorous efforts to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of information published on the Platform — as described in our methodology — we do not guarantee that all data is current, complete, error-free, or free from the errors of the underlying third-party sources from which it is derived. Data is sourced from government publications, corporate filings, academic research, and international monitoring organizations that may contain their own errors, employ different methodologies, use different reporting periods, or lag behind real-time conditions.
Not Professional Advice: This Platform does not provide financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or any other form of professional advice. All content is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. The data, analysis, and commentary published on this Platform should not be construed as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any investment, enter into any transaction, relocate any business operation, or take any legal or business action. You should always consult appropriately qualified and licensed professionals before making decisions based on information obtained from this Platform.
Investment Disclaimer: References to companies, securities, investment vehicles, or financial instruments — including coverage of chaebol corporations (Samsung, SK Hynix, Hyundai, LG, POSCO), the Korea Investment Corporation ($232 billion AUM), Free Economic Zones (9 zones, 8,590 companies), and FDI flows ($36.05 billion commitment pipeline) — are analytical in nature and do not constitute investment recommendations, solicitations, or offers to buy or sell securities. Past performance data does not predict future results. Market conditions, regulations, and corporate strategies change without notice. You should consult qualified financial advisors, licensed investment professionals, and legal counsel before making investment decisions.
Data Accuracy: Despite our verification protocols, data published on this Platform may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Government statistics including those from KOSTAT, Bank of Korea, KOSIS, and Seoul Metropolitan Government are frequently revised after initial publication, sometimes substantially. Corporate disclosures may be restated. Exchange rates fluctuate continuously. Rankings change annually or more frequently. Projection figures represent estimates by the cited institution, not guarantees. We update content as new data becomes available, but there may be a lag between a source’s publication and our update. Where we identify errors, we publish corrections and note the change.
Technology Disclaimer: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free of errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, browsers, or operating systems. We do not guarantee that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe.

- Statements, conduct, actions, or content of any third party on or linked from the Platform
- Any investment, business, legal, tax, or personal decision made in reliance on Platform content, analysis, or data
- Interruption, suspension, modification, or termination of Platform access or any feature thereof
- Errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or delays in published data, analysis, or reports
- Loss of or damage to data resulting from Platform use or malfunction
- Any matter relating to the Platform, regardless of whether the damages were foreseeable
REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Aggregate Liability Cap: Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to the Platform or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have actually paid to us for premium services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD $100). This limitation applies regardless of the number of claims and regardless of whether any remedy fails its essential purpose.
Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (c) gross negligence or willful misconduct; (d) any breach of obligations implied by Section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (for UK users); or (e) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law including applicable consumer protection statutes.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the SeoulVision2030 Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees, and court costs) arising from or related to:
- Your use of the Platform or any content, data, reports, or intelligence products obtained from it

- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, ordinance, or third-party right, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and publicity rights
- Any content you submit to the Platform (including correction reports, guest submissions, data contributions, and communications)
- Your negligent, reckless, or wrongful conduct in connection with the Platform
- Any claim by a third party that arises from your use of Platform content in a manner not authorized by these Terms
- Any investment, business, or legal decision you make based on Platform content where you failed to seek independent professional advice
- Your sharing of premium content, account credentials, or data access with unauthorized third parties
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account, the expiration of your subscription, and the termination of these Terms. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate fully with our defense. You agree not to settle any claim subject to this indemnification without our prior written consent.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles or rules that would direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or the interpretation, validity, or enforceability of these Terms shall be resolved through the following sequential process:
- Informal Resolution — Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at info@seoulvision2030.com with a detailed written description of the dispute, including the nature of the claim, the specific relief sought, and all relevant facts. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith within 60 days of receipt of the written notice. During the informal resolution period, both parties agree to refrain from initiating formal proceedings except for claims seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights
- Mediation — If informal resolution fails to resolve the dispute within the 60-day period, either party may initiate non-binding mediation. The mediation shall be administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Wilmington, Delaware. If the parties cannot agree on a mediator within 14 days, either party may request the American Arbitration Association to appoint one. Mediation costs, including the mediator’s fees and venue costs, shall be shared equally between the parties. Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees during mediation. The mediation process shall be completed within 90 days of initiation
- Litigation — If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 90 days, or if a party fails to participate in mediation in good faith, either party may bring an action in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts for any dispute arising under these Terms, and you waive any objection based on inconvenient forum, lack of personal jurisdiction, or improper venue
Statute of Limitations: Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or the claim is permanently barred. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Class Action Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, representative action, or private attorney general action. You waive any right to participate in or bring claims as a class member, class representative, or in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable with respect to a particular claim, then the entirety of the dispute resolution provisions of this section shall be deemed void with respect to that claim only.
Injunctive Relief: Notwithstanding the foregoing dispute resolution procedures, either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, including but not limited to the protection of intellectual property rights, the prevention of unauthorized data extraction, or the enforcement of confidentiality obligations.
International Users: If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they are applicable. Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to you by the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
European Union Users: If you are located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Consumer Rights Directive’s provisions regarding distance contracts. You retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your member state of residence for consumer disputes. The dispute resolution provisions of this section operate without prejudice to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
South Korean Users: If you are located in South Korea, mandatory provisions of the Korean Consumer Protection Act (Framework Act on Consumers), the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Electronic Commerce Act), the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and related enforcement decrees apply to your use of the Platform to the extent they cannot be waived by contract. You retain any rights to dispute resolution through the Korea Consumer Agency or the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
United Kingdom Users: If you are located in the United Kingdom, mandatory provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 apply to your use of the Platform to the extent they cannot be waived by contract.
12. Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies. To the extent there is any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data, the Privacy Policy shall prevail. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), South Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
13. Newsletter and Communications
By subscribing to our newsletter or registering for an account, you consent to receive periodic email communications from SeoulVision2030.com, including the weekly intelligence newsletter, report announcements, service updates, premium product notifications, and administrative notices.
Unsubscribe: You may unsubscribe from marketing and editorial communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting info@seoulvision2030.com. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 5 business days. Administrative communications related to your account, billing, security alerts, or Terms changes are not subject to unsubscribe requests and will continue as long as you maintain an account. These transactional messages are necessary for the proper administration of your account and are not considered marketing communications.
14. Export Controls and Sanctions
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, a resident of, or a national of any country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions by the United States, including those maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You further represent that you are not on any denied party list maintained by any U.S. government agency. You agree not to access or use the Platform in violation of any applicable export control laws or sanctions regulations.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, acts of government or regulatory action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, internet outages, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, data center failures, power outages, or disruptions to third-party services upon which the Platform depends. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as promptly as practicable and will notify affected subscribers of any material service disruption.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or void under applicable law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to cure the invalidity, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original economic intent and commercial purpose of the parties.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any separate subscription agreement or enterprise license agreement executed between you and SeoulVision2030.com, constitute the entire agreement between you and SeoulVision2030.com regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and communications (whether written, oral, or electronic) relating to the subject matter hereof. No statement, representation, warranty, or covenant not expressly set forth in these Terms shall affect or be used to interpret, change, or restrict the express provisions of these Terms.
18. Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any party at any time without notice or your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any party without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is null and void.
19. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time, or our failure to exercise any right or remedy available under these Terms, does not constitute a waiver of that provision, right, or remedy.
